Things to know:

- The salon is a SAFE space. Feel free to take the time to relax, get some work done, have a laugh or enjoy a hot coffee or spicy margarita.

- Majority of the appointments are block booked. This means your time with Lachy is 1:1 and you will have his undivided attention, with plenty of time to achieve your hair goals.

APPOINTMENTS:

I kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment 5 mins early or right on the dot. Each appointment is booked specifically for you with the right amount of time allocated to achieve your hair goals.

RESCHEDULING/ CHANGES and CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment, that is no problem at all. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours before you appointment to make these.

All appointments made will receive a text at the time of booking. This is a confirmation of your appointment. You will also receive a reminder text 72 hours prior to your appointment with a link to the LJH email. If you need to make any changes, reschedule or cancel this is the time to do so.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the value of the appointment booked.

LATE FEES:

TIME IS IMPORTANT!! Mine, Yours and the person booked after you.

I understand that things happen that are out of our control. I do allow a 15 minute grace period for this exact reason. Please DO NOT expect this, repeat offenders will be issued with late fees and/or not asked to return as a LJH client. Anything later than the 15mins will have to be rescheduled with a cancellation or late fee added; $10 for every 5 mins after the 15 minute grace period.

NO SHOWS- Hopefully this never happens. But if it does, 100% of the appointment booked will be charged. If you still wish to be a client of LJH after a no show, the now show fee must be paid, plus the future appointment paid 100% up front at the time of booking.
